Debrah and Maya were so helpful and friendly. Snickers was super anxious & they made our visit a lot more enjoyable. Kudos to the whole team at Banfield Nanuet!
They really cared about our pet
We took our Dog to a ER vet this week because she was unable to urinate. When she did urinate a little it was blood. The ER vet did a X-ray and an ultrasound and saw a bladder stone and an infection. They prescribed antibiotics and said to follow up with our vet at Banfield. We have had a wellness plan for 7 years with Banfield. When my wife called Banfield for the follow up visit she was told that they don’t treat that and we would have to go to a Specialist. Beyond frustrated, I've been calling them for 2 hours now and no one will answer the phone. This happens all the time and its so frustrated. If your that under staff, that you can't pickup the phone then its fine to hire some new people. This will be at least the 5th time ive had to drive there because they refuse to pick up their phone. ..........Below is an old postMost of the people there are very nice.
