RecommendedFirst time ever for my wildcat Nayna to go to a vet and it couldn’t have been easier. Their intake process is smooth and quick and as soon as she was done, I picked her up and she seemed unphased. The staff is great. Location is close and the place is clean and no one tried to push products on me.
I was told the vet wouldn’t see my dog because I got there at 4:30 and they closed at 5. I had been working all day and couldn’t get there any earlier. My little dachshund had diarrhea for the last 4 days and i just wanted a vet to see him to give him something to calm his tummy down so he can stop having accidents all night and possibly eat a little bit. But nope. The receptionist said no, they wouldn’t see him. I’ll never go back. She didn’t care about helping my dog. It would’ve taken them 10 minutes to see him.
I was very scared but they was very nice to me and gave me hygs and kisses and I could see my mama through da window da whole time.

Can’t say enough about this place! They truly care about your pet better, not taking your money. They will try everything they can to make the cost as low as possible for you. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the vets, they all care SO much about your pet and their wellbeing. Love this location as they just saved my little Oliver’s life��
NEEDED 6 STARS****** I have never been more impressed with any Banfield and I've been a member for over 15 years. This particular location outshines ANY other facility I have visited. Dr. Bob, along with his staff have been attentive, loving and diligent in the care of our animals... ..he was not aggressive when it came to doing a "very expensive" surgery Dr Bob wanted to hold off on it and try everything before doing so.. this is a rarity to see !! I cannot thank them enough ! Shari, Courtney Oliver & Chloe
I cannot help tell you how pleased I was with every aspect of this visit. It was a Sunday I got in on time the doctor spent a lot of time with us. He was wonderful his assistant was wonderful. Thank you to all.
