Banfield is a scam- their ability to diagnose anything after a simple worm on your pet is close to zero. Their Customer service is below every standard and their response is very rude and they don't care if you have been a customer for so long or not. After a long dispute, one of the supervisors promised that someone from higher-level management will call to follow up. Guess what it is 30 DAYS passed and nobody called. RecommendedThe staff there today was so unbelievably nice. I truly appreciate how kind and supportive they were. They pampered my dog and me for that matter way more than required. I knew losing my dog would be hard but they made us both as comfortable as they could during the whole visit. Thank you.
Dr. Sanders has been our main vet for years, and we feel very fortunate to have found someone so caring and so professional. The vet techs, Karen and Sam, are so loving to both our dogs that they stop trembling so much when they come in the exam room. We have Optimum Wellness Plans for both our dogs, and they help us keep them in excellent health. We recommend them all highly!
