I have to be honest and say my experience since Banfield took over my vet’s clinic hasn’t been what I would expect. My Banfield is the one on Ohio Dr. in Frisco, TX. The prices they charge are extremely high plus they charge a visit fee to bring your pet in for an appt which is ridiculous! My most recent experience, however, is seriously making me think about looking for a new vet. Our cat has pancreatitis and it comes and goes in flare ups.
