RecommendedI can't express how thankful I am for everyone at Banefield Pet Hospital in East Hanover for the wonderful care they gave to my best friend. Unfortunately last night was his last visit but if they didn't diagnose him with heart failure on November 23, 2019 there's no way we could have gotten 3 months of quality life with him. Brought our healthy St. Bernard in for a hot spot. Kara Falvey, a vet who graduated from vet school 3 months prior was "taking care" of him. Died in our arms 5 hours after we got home. You should all be disgusted with yourselves. Never even called to give any condolences. Probably the only vet on earth that has sales meetings every morning to push their products. I recently contacted the customer care line to cancel our plan because our dog passed earlier this week. The Vet diagnosed her with Kennel Cough and only because of the x-ray we took here to the ER and she passed later that evening. So fast forward 4 days, I call the help line to cancel the plan and Banfield wants me to pay 500 to cancel a plan on my already deceased dog. How heartless #Banfieldpethospital #petsmart #fail
Vet diagnosed 1 of our dog with a problem and the dog was not sick. This was because they were staying at the pet smart hotel there and they took the wrong dog to the vet. We paid over $140. for this visit that wasn't needed for this dog. Our female dog who was having a hard time breathing was not taken to the vet was diagnosed with heart problems by our vet.
