I was worried something was wrong with my 7 month old labradoodle yesterday and I called 4 different Banfield locations (including the one he normally goes to) and absolutely none of them were able to work him in even though I told them he was bleeding from his butt and acted like he was going to throw up! I called Cornelius location which is 36 minutes from my house and they told me they were moving someone around and to be there at 2!! Thank God for them! This meant so much to me!! They are really caring and work with getting you in to see the vet. They also try to work within your budget to help your pet get well. They staff here is truly devoted to making your pets feel better and stay healthy.
I spent a lot of time bringing my senior to the folks at Banfield. Dr. Ezelle, Dr. Broome and the entire staff spent 3 years loving on my baby and putting up with my "i don't understand how a dog's body works" nonesense. They explained everything ALWAYS and my baby loved them and trusted them in turn. I took my cat in to get a checkup for her annual shots and she had a respiratory infection. :( Both the vet tech and Dr. Broome noticed right away. My cat is already feeling better and I must admit Dr. Broome is so awesome and laid back and handled my cat perfectly! I would recommend her for your pet's health!
