I hate how your treated here by the receptionist. I’m debating today on canceling my plan (I’ve had for 4 years) and moving to a company that cares. I’m huge on customer service. If the receptionist don’t care about their jobs or about giving people that spend big money here a positive attitude and maybe not be rude then this isn’t for them. Nor is any kind of customer service. Today I’ve had it.
I was appreciative that they were able to squeeze in my dog to be seen, we normally go to Frisco location. But Vet didn’t come out discuss anything or make an appearance.
