I'd just like to say thay if ypur staff is going to bad mouth the customers when they go in the back, maybe they should be aware that we can hear them in the exam room. Unbelievably rude.
Banfield Pet Hospital (Parker, CO) just lost a customer for life! I was 5 minutes late for appointment to just administer Bordetella vaccine and they made me reschedule 4 hours later. They have no idea how hard it is to get anywhere on time with 2 kids and and 8 week old that nurses every hour! I haven't even showered yet! Previous vets have even given the vaccine in the waiting room and sent us on our way in 2 minutes. We will look elsewhere for our puppy vet needs, so glad I already cancelled my plan!
Great place! All are very friendly and helpful. Affordable as well.
