Dr. Kris Ross is an exceptional Vetinarian! She was referred to us by 2 colleagues of mine and they were right she is the best! She did neutered and Spay on both our puppies and chipped and did Hernia repair! We will definitely follow her !
Terrible Service!!! Called in Wednesday to schedule dental cleaning & comp exam. The girl was really short with me and “scheduled” my dogs appts. Came in Saturday to drop him off and they have no record of the appointment for today or his dental cleaning appt. Yiret at the front desk was horrible with assisting me and offered no help with seeing if I could get him in or schedule the appointments. Do not trust these people!!! They have you sign up for a plan for the dog and tell you it will minimize costs!!! It is A SCAM. My 92 year old mother took her dog there. They told her the dog was a diabetic and needed continued medication and this plan would help. The dog pasted away in less than two weeks. That was in April. They continue to charge the credit card for a plan for a dog that has past away. SCAM!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!
January of last year, my 10 year old black lab Roxy had a lemon sized tumor removed from the base of her tongue. Without VERY EXPENSIVE chemo treatments, the oncologist gave her only a few months. No treatment and 14 months later, she's still going strong but had another removed today. DR. WHIPPLE AT BANFIELD IN ALISO VIEJO IS SO AMAZING!!!!!. I'd drive 100 miles to take my kids to see him. God has blessed me for 11 years with the best dog and companion I could ask for.
