RecommendedGreat experience very friendly staff absolutely clean environment , they been taking care of my two furry babies for all their life definitely stay with them forever ♥️now that I had lost one of my sweet baby and I was very heartbroken I have received a card from them in memory of my sweet Asal which was very thoughtful and heartwarming ،I recommend them to anyone who loves their pet and looking to find a place that love their pet as much as they love their own. Called to schedule an appointment for a check up. was put on hold for 5 min. So I called back & was told the same thing to hold as there was 1 call ahead & was put on hold for another 5 more minutes. 10 minutes total on hold. The impression I'm now getting is that banfield is disorganized. going somewhere else now.

Great experience . They're able to draw labs/tests and get results in about 20 minutes . amazing! Added bonus - Very friendly staff who loved my 'well behaved' pups � definitely going back here .
I went to the Clayton office because they were able to accomodate a same day emergency visit. They took good care of Mr. Frodo, he is back to his usual self. Thanks Dr. Clifton!
