LOL set up an appointment online for the FREE exam...The call me the week of the appointment to say the appointment I scheduled cannot be honored due to doctor being out of office. They offer to reschedule for a time when the free exam coupon has EXPIRED!!! I was skeptical when I saw the offer of a free exam and now I see I was correct. LOL petsmart...just lost a customer forever.
RecommendedDr. Taylor is phenomenal! She takes time to explain things to you, and makes sure that you and your fur babies are well taken care of! When my dog had to have emergency surgery, she called and checked on him afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor and her amazing staff!

I don't know and can't comment about other Banfield Hospitals. . However, The Mansfield Bansfield location was so very kind, considerate, kind, caring, wonderful (and all other positive adjectives.) We had to put our precious, 15 yr old, Pomeranian down today. It was so difficult and heartbreaking. They went above and beyond to make us and him comfortable. I so highly recommend them. The staff, April, the manager, and the Veterinarian were to be praised. Thank you for helping us during this most painful time.
Took our puppy for the first time last week and we had a great experience. Very friendly staff.
The vet is GREAT, but the front desk staff is horrible!
I trust my dogs to the team that works there Dr Carroll is a excellent dr and knows his stuff Thanks for caring for my pets cuz they r part of my family
