Been with Banfield for 10 yrs. The team has always been super nice to Buddy and myself! I very comfortable dropping him off and leaving him for however many hours! And Dr Burnett is the best. He always answers questions I may have .He’s just awesome!! He makes me feel like he cares as much for Buddy as I do!!
I drive from Beavercreek all the way to this location because the staff are fantastic and so compassionate. Dr Burnett is thorough, caring and kind. He takes wonderful care of my dog and the front office staff are also amazing, Christina in particular. Highly recommend!
This place is awful. Prices are insane, they are very high pressure for unneeded services and they shame you for not choosing to go with those services. They care more about your ability to pay than caring for your pet. Thousand bucks to nueter you dog. 700 for an x-ray is absolutely Disgusting. I understand we are all in business to turn a profit, but when that profit is more important than the patient im finding a new Vet. I'd rather drive all the way to the Ohio State Veterinary hospital.
