I was give the wrong meds from the Oklahoma city Banfield location for my cat. I was supposed to receive felimazole for hypothyroidism and was instead given enalapril which is for a heart condition that the staff labeled as felimazole and sold to me. I gave my cat this medication for almost two weeks. I found out this was the incorrect medication on his next vet visit. I asked for his visit to be refunded. RecommendedWe had to bring our yorkie in cause she was passing blood in her urine and we thought it was a UTI, which it was but we were surprised to find out the cause of the UTI was that she's diabetic. Dr. Reeves and Caitlyn were amazing- they were very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail to us and made sure that we understood before we left. They made me feel so much better and I'm glad we brought her here. Thank You Dr. Reeves and Caitlyn for taking such good care of our fur baby.

Ordinarily a great place and we are taking our pets there since we've gotten them. I have a dog that sick right now and I understand they're about to close but I'm driving trying to get to my dog to pick it up and you can't even take the time to just text me on your personal cell phone the number to the emergency room or the address to the emergency room so I can take my dog to get it care. We've been with Banfield for 8 yrs. all 3 of our dogs have been on their plan the entire time. We came in at 4:30pm b/c one of my boys had a seizure! We drove out of the way to see his normal vet. Instead we were told that they were closing at 7pm and we should take him to the emergency vet(which is right around the corner from our house) b/c they don't have time. I have been going to this Banfield for about two years. Every time I call, they know who I am and will do anything to make sure I can get into the clinic. They have helped diagnose and treat one cat's allergies, they have helped regulate one cat's diabetes, and they were so urgent and sweet when I had to bring my Scrappy in this weekend. Daniel told me to come in pretty quickly. Kathy and Dr. Florance were amazing and helped make him comfortable.
