Their customer relations is horrible!! Every time I take my dog their to either check up or to pick up his medication they always find something and sell you over 100 dollars worth of nonsense medications. I definitely don’t trust their staff when they recommend anything I feel like all they know is to rip people off and get their money. Dr. Howe is my pet dog's, Guinness' Vetanarian. I recognize her as a professional expert within her discipline. By observing and having any questions of mine answered, as well as answering any of her questions and concerns pertaining to Guinness. I feel very comfortable to having Dr. Howe take care and treat my pet for his preventative needs and any illnesses that have or may arrive anytime in the future.
