I enjoyed working with Dr. Andrea B. and Nathan! My puppy Abracadabra had SO much fun meeting them, that when it was time to go, she started whimpering! 🤣🤣 I'm definitely looking forward to developing a longer term relationship with them regarding my puppy, since they made such an excellent first impression on our family. ♥️
They are everything you could hope for and more. We just lost our two year old dog to a terminal illness and although we said that we would never put a dog to sleep, we were forced into that position by the illness after exhausting every option and procedure possible. They watched him while we were at work for several days between hospital visits and procedures. They treated him like their own and sent us flowers following his passing.
We had to say goodbye to our fur baby of nearly 14 years a couple of weeks ago and the team here was exceptional. They were there to answer questions and discuss options with so much support and compassion. It was not easy to say goodbye to our Winston, but the team here made it bearable. My boxer ate about a dozen muffins including wrappers, 6 of which were poppyseed. I was freaked out bc heroin. I dropped him at 730 a.m. and picked him up around 4:00 p.m. They kept him for observation all day and gave him a clear bill of health. The best part? NO CHARGE! Consistently kind and caring service have kept us loyal for the past 6 years!!!
My Boston Terrier has been a patient at Banfield Manchester and we saw Dr. Doss there. When I found the Town & Country location and learned that Dr. Doss moved there, we made this our office for care. Charlie loves Dr. Doss and I love that this is a stand alone office and we don't have to go through a Petsmart to get there! Great staff too--they helped us out to the car with a big bag of his food! The only negative is Miss Vicky from Manchester isn't here! ���
Love love love the staff at this location!! Was pretty weary about using them since I’ve heard such bad things but definitely glad I went with this location. It’s free standing so you don’t have to go through Petsmart, plus the app is pretty cool and useful. They get us in an out, call to check up, answer my million questions, and explain everything all with a smile. Sad I will be moving soon but I will still travel 30 mins to this location.
So sweet and treated my fur baby like their own. �
