Every single person at this clinic is perfect for their role working with animals. Tara at the front desk remembers everyone. Danica is so knowledgeable and advocates for your pets. Dr Rodriguez is so gentle and cares deeply about her patients. The tech Keenan was so patient with our cats. Alex is always willing to listen to concerns when you call. We truly love the entire team and hope to have you take care of our family for many years to come!
Their staff took the liberty of assigning their facility as our primary location without our knowledge. Then contacting us to schedule our pets regular check up. When we showed up at our normal location we were told that we didn’t have an appointment. Great job miss representing yourself and moving customers around as you see fit.
The staff was friendly for some reason they didn't have my appointment on their records which I made on Sat. They called to confirm my appt yet it wasn't on their records. The coupon I presented for a "free exam" I couldn't use when I signed up for a wellness plan.
I have used Banfield before different locations and had excellent care and concern for my dog every time. I plan to use them for the future as well.
Everyone from the front desk staff to the veterinarian really make you feel welcome but more importantly are 100% focused on the health and welfare of your pet. The wellness plan is a crazy good deal and makes me feel comfortable that I can bring my pet in for a quick check up if I'm worried about something without having to be concerned about cost. Also Dr. Bonn is the best!
Dr. Lester and the staff at this Banfield are the best. I've been to other Banfields and they don't even come close. I have never had such incredible service and such genuine care for our dogs. I'm thankful they are close by but will gladly make the drive when we move. Even my 3 and 5 year old loved going and asked when we can go back! Thank you for such wonderful service and care!!
