What is the point of online scheduling if it doesn't show up in the facility? Made an appointment on Friday and arrived on time this evening 10/2/2017, only to be told the Dr was seeing emergencies and was finishing at 6 p.m. Why have a 6 p.m. appointment time option available online if it isnt going to be honored. There was no effort made to accommodate me as a customer nor any consideration given for the stressfulness of getting my pet into his carrier nor the travel to the facility. Left completely furious.

Banfield Staff always treat our dog 🐕 Outkast like a king and we really appreciated it.
Still feeling mighty blue without my girl Lilly but I wanted to send a shout out to the folks at the Banfield Hospital in the Pet Smart in Jenkintown: Dr. Dewberry, Nicole and Colleen who made a dreadful experience so much better with their outstanding professionalism and kindness... Thank you I will remember all of you with great fondness and gratitude.
I always have a great experience when going to Banfield. The staff is great and very accommodating. They always remember us, which is a great feeling!!!
