Two life threatening illnesses later, my dog is happy and healthy. They have been my vet since they opened years ago. The Wellness plan will save you a significant amount of money. No, they aren’t perfect all the time, but the care provided is worth every penny. While someone at the desk may not always be as nice as you want, the care is everything I want. I have a problem or question, I call them. Finding a better, more reasonably priced practice would be difficult. I definitely recommend them.
They showed mazza plenty love. Very clean environment and the staff was great.
It was ok. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and also the nurse. I have been with Banfield for 7 years. I never been treated so bad. The receptionist checked me in and I was waiting to be seen and another customer who had an appt at the same time and came after me and they knew her well. She was going to be seen before me and when I said that I was first. The receptionist and nurse were rude and started yelling and disrespecting me. The Dr was really nice, answered all my questions. He had a positive attitude.
