I had a Saturday 04042020 1100 am appointment Exam for health insurance at the Timonium location . Soon as I approached the counter , receptionist was really ignorant & after a brief few questions about the insurance she rolled her eyes & continued shaking her head . I realize we all have bad days , but she was really ignorant enough I refuse to go back nor will I refer anyone from going there either . This is the customer relations they hire .
Wellness plan is worth the money the first year! As for the doctors here, they change so frequently, good luck finding a good one. Dr. Mike almost killed my dog about 5 years ago, by giving her a vaccine that she is allergic too even after reading it in her chart and my verbal reminder to not give her that shot, and still works here. However, there is a wonderful newer doctor, Dr. Taylor. She was gentle, patient, and took her time with my scared 11 year old. I love the staff! They are so wonderful to me and my cat Vyssa! They take such great care of us! The reminder phone calls are the best!! I love Dr. Borrison! She is great with Vyssa and me!
Was horrible got the plan there never again my dog have never been so scared to go to the vet
