This place is a complete and utter scam. Do not go here unless you want to get taken advantage of. There are much better options in the area. This past weekend we brought our new puppy Otto to Banfield for his vaccines. Upon arriving we were escorted to an exam room where we were greeted by the veterinarian. The veterinarian gave Otto a 60 second look over, asked us a few questions, then proceeded to give him his vaccines. When we reviewed the bill we were dumbfounded. Vet and vet tech were awesome. My foster is bery wary of strangers. They worked with him to make him comfortable to get his annual shots
They are always so pleasant, I love the new vet, she is attentive and very gentle with tinkerbell
Both of my pup's are in wellness plans here at Banfield and the staff has always gone above and beyond to help us with my girls. Plus they live coming here now! Recently we had a scare with out boxer mix, randomly late at night she began limping, we tried to comfort her for the night but she seemed worse In the morning so I rushed her to Banfield first thing in the morning and the lovely vet tech brought her in before the store opened and made sure she would be seen right away! Always love the amazing service we get here!!
WARNING !!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE PERIOD, FOR ANY REASON ,,,, AT ANY TIME !!!!! THEY ARE GREDDY BUTCHERS, THEY DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOUR PET, THEY BRUSHED MINE OFF, SENT HER ELSE WHERE BY A TWIT THAT DIDN'T LOOK OLD ENOUGH TO BE OUT OF DIAPERS, TRIED TO TELL ME SHE WAS THE OFFICE MANAGER. I DESCRIBED HER, THE DR SAID YES THAT'S HER.... I LIED, IT WASN'T THE DOUCH BAG I DESCRIBED. WE LOST OUR BEAUTIFUL BABY CUZ THE WOULDN'T PUT HER IRREGULAR HEART BEAT IN THE RECORDS, AND IT WAS PARTICAL THE REASON SHE PASSED..... ... read more
