Carri at Banfield had the worst customer service ever. My appointment was for 10:30 this morning. I came by 10:30 and was calling. Their lines were busy. I went out of my car with my dog and stood right in front to where they could see me and kept calling until 10:45. Carri eventually came out the door, she seen me waiting, she could have addressed me and told me to keep calling and wait in the car.
