All banfield wants is your money until your dog passes. Let's see if they give you their condolences....I had 2 dogs that pass away and not one time did banfield reach out to me and then I still had to pay the remaining of the plan. Greety business. Don't get the wellness plan. If your animal passes. You are still left paying the plan. They don't care. All about money to Banfield
Vets only here for a paycheck. Don't care about your dogs or cat. Ready and willing to take your money and act like they care but they don't. Be warned
I have 7 rescue dogs. All go to Banfield pet hospital in niskayuna new york. One of my dogs just passed due to kidney failure. Banfield niskayuna couldn't even call me and give me their condolences.....absolutely nothing from but they were there to take my money every month. You would think they would more sympathy since they act like they love animals. Fake vets
A simple vaccine visit and my dog has a DISLOCATED HIP!!!! 😡. Was told he got excited and kicked which caused the dislocation. Now he’s sedated and I’m told to take him to another vet who will help with injury!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible service and forget about them getting your sick pet in even if you use them as your regular vet.

I did Not have a bad experience at banfield hospital on Atlantic avenue they were nice to me and my pet and they took the proper care to help my baby after treatment for an ear infection my dog was fine the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful, Dr. Yu was excellent Definitely will visit again.
