Let's see if they give you their condolences....I had 2 dogs that pass away and not one time did banfield reach out to me and then I still had to pay the remaining of the plan. Greety business. Vets only here for a paycheck. Don't care about your dogs or cat. Ready and willing to take your money and act like they care but they don't. Be warned
I have 7 rescue dogs. All go to Banfield pet hospital in niskayuna new york. One of my dogs just passed due to kidney failure. Banfield niskayuna couldn't even call me and give me their condolences.....absolutely nothing from but they were there to take my money every month. You would think they would more sympathy since they act like they love animals. Fake vets
