They have always been great to my pets/kids.
Wish I could do zero stars. I was told to drop off my dog (simple bladder infection). I asked for estimate before I left but was only told office visit fee. Vet called 2 hours later and fee for urine test ONLY was $183! This didn't include the $43 office visit or any medicine. My dog had an emergency vet visit at the U of M where they made her vomit 3 times and the TOTAL for that visit was $180. We had been to this Banfield before and had a great visit but I will never go back now.
