My cat FIV+ cat has been a patient here for years. I've never thought they were that great, but it was less-expensive than other vets and they do take Care Credit. (Because of my cat's condition he needs constant vet visits and I've spent $3000+ for his care). Today, I had an appointment at 2:30 for blood work, so I dropped my cat off (you have to because of Covid), thinking I could go get groceries and then pick him up. The employees at Banfield Decatur helped make a very difficult and hard time much less heartbreaking. They took my feelings and my relationship with my pet into consideration. Even though this was the first time we saw them, they made it feel as though we were all family and going to get through this together. I would have wished it done no other way. Thank you all for your support.
