I was very scared and nervous about getting my dog spayed for the first time, but Hector and the entire team at Banfield were amazing. They made me feel so much less worried by answering all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. They treated my dog with such kindness and care, and I truly felt she was in great hands. I'm so grateful for their compassion and professionalism. Tengo muy mala experiencia es este lugar la manager tuvo una aptitud atrevida y de muy mal gusto al decirme q no recibían la comida medicada de mi mascota q no le hace bien porq sus diarreas a mi perro no se le quitaban hasta q decidí darle comida caseras,Es solo robarle el dinero a los clientes porq no resuelven el problema ,que pena pero tengan mucho cuidado al comprarles comidas a sus mascotas Di pudiera darle 0 por su trato se lo daría
I can't say enough good things about this clinic. From the moment we walked in, everyone treated my dog with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. The doctor was absolutely amazing, and the assistant was just as wonderful. You can tell this isn't just a job for them. They truly care about the animals they see and the people who love them.
