Annahid at the Glendale location was unprofessional, rude, and lacked any care. I will not be renewing all 7 of our family's dogs wellness plans with Banfield because of this specific employee's behavior. I was ignored today. No one acknowledged that I was there, despite the backdoor being open and people seeing me as they walked by. Terrible experience, won't go back. My dog is 7 months & we have been taking our dogs to this Banfield location for a few years now. We have an older dog and all of his care in recent years has been at this location. Our newest pup was cryptorchid & this was diagnosed at Banfield early on. There was no medical harm that would result, but we knew that having him neutered would cost a bit extra. In the initial visit the vet told us it could cost about $400 for this more intric... Close their doors. Cold unconcerned at attitude. I brought my cat in for a wound and he was sick. They did not examine him and said they didn't see a wound. But he came home with a wound that I noticed the next day. That wasn't there when I took him in. So how can that be????? They are not at all concerned about it. I would never recommend that "Glendale Banfield" to anyone.
