So frustrated and disappointed! Before purchasing puppy care package we informed the office that we would be moving to another state and were told that the PetSmart in the time we were moving to also had a Banfield office. Well what do you know.. the closest office to our new residence is over 3 hours away!! Not to mention their customer service is really poor.
