Just had Brandi spayed and Dr Woodworth, Sarah B (RVT) and Anna took very good care of Brandi. They also remembered her from her last visit.
Unethical and Poor care – The folks at this Banfield do not provide quaility care and they do not accept responsibility for failed procedures. If, you try and work with them to solve the problem their action is to get their attorney involved. Shameful, disprespectful and no accountability.

Banfield store disavowed by main headquarters – This Banfield store is disavowed by the main headquarters in Portland, Oregon, by their client advocate program at (877) 500-2288. The Lincoln Banfield store treated me and my dog unethically. They did a procedure without discussing it with me first, they were not interested in the prior medical records I had faxed to them, they gave me medication for my dog without telling me it must be refrigerated, and they marked up the medication 400% (it is easily available through Allive... read more
