There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about the team at Banfield. I have been going there with my Maggie May since we got her in 2017. She loves everyone there and in the beginning Shawn was her absolute favorite. Now she is loving every staff member who is there. They provide great care and is always willing to get her in at the last minute with extreme care. Banfield is and will always be our Vet hospital.
If I could leave a negative rating I would. This is the absolute WORST location I have ever taken any of my pets to in the 30 years of being on this Earth. Without fail, and only at this location mind you, do they somehow find a way to abuse and traumatize my dogs. My dogs are now not only fearful of the vet AND groomers now but they are weary of any and all people. 8.5 years of training down the drain for my service dog. I don't know what is the problem with the receptionist on this banfield hospital in college blvd area oceanside it is always UNPLEASANT talking to them with such a rude attitude.Never again im taking my pets for check up.Your receptionist should have a refresher course.
We had an excellent experience with Dr. Collier at Banfield Pet Hospital yesterday. I have a Belgian Mal who can be both protective and reactive. Dr. Collier came in and gave Tsunami time to smell her and warm up to her. By the time we left she was friends and giving her kisses! It was the best experience we have had at Banfield. I appreciated the few extra moments she took to allow my dog to adjust to her which made the difference.
