Where's all the enthusiasm – Banfield, It seems to me the employees didn't want to be there. Vanessa Forbes one of the assistants didn't have a pleasant nature. Vanessa's loud and overly confident. Last time I went in she was very unhappy and stressed. It seems to me shes lost her passion for Veterinarian Assisting.
