For anyone looking for a vet I recommend Northridge Veterinary Hospital. This business is in the same area and is 100x better than the experience I had at Banfield. I only gave this location a 1 star for a hand full of reasons. I had an appointment for 3:30pm and they saw me about 15 minutes later (not a problem for me since the business is in pet smart). The assistant who helped me was the only pleasant worker I came across. The doctor who was assigned for my appointment was very rude. She treated me like I was an ignorant ... read more

I have 2 dogs and we are signed up for the monthly service. The idea is that paying by the month, any bills for services would be discounted. I have had my dogs on this monthly service program for years now. For a few days now, my dog, DOC, has been biting his right paw and now it is puffy and I have decided that he should be looked at by a vet. Don't come here. Nothing is explained properly when booking appointments. Sometimes the wait is ridiculous. Not to mention the high prices. I was stuck in a contract even tho I sadly no longer had my pet anymore. But they still made me pay the monthly fee til the contract ended. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. I regret ever coming here. The service and pet care is much better at the avian exotic pet clinic in Monterey. Even have a 24 hour emergency service next door.
