11-12-15, took my injured cat to Banfield on East Sam Houston Pkwy, arrived at 6:30 PM. I was told by the person at the desk that they could not administer care to the cat because they were closing in 30 minutes. They did not ask to look at the injury to see how serious it was, no advice on care until she could be seen.....nothing. Basically, it's the end of our day and we don't want to be bothered. If this is their level of care and compassion for their animal clients, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for quality ... read more
