It is soooo frustrating every time I come i have to wait 20-30+ minutes just to drop off or pick up my dog. And I'm next in line
Went to two different Banfield’s before I came to the Bandera location. So glad I ended up here. The customer service is great. The vet techs and vets show compassion and empathy when working with my dogs, as though they have known them all their lives. Highly recommend this Pet Hospital.
The staff and Dr Stout have always treated our dogs with love and care. We have 2 senior dogs ages 16 and 11. We have used Banfield’s in 5 different cities which the dogs have lived in and one of the dogs is now back to the Bandera Rd clinic. I agree with others about scheduling via the website. Tried it once and the earliest I could get an appointment was two months away. I didn’t schedule, but called and got an appointment for the very next week.
