The staff and Dr Stout have always treated our dogs with love and care. We have 2 senior dogs ages 16 and 11. We have used Banfield’s in 5 different cities which the dogs have lived in and one of the dogs is now back to the Bandera Rd clinic. I agree with others about scheduling via the website. Tried it once and the earliest I could get an appointment was two months away. I didn’t schedule, but called and got an appointment for the very next week.
Showed up and the hospital closed with zero notification. Not acceptable
