The staff is very caring and considerate. They do not rush you through and take the time to be very thorough and answer any questions you may have.
I don't recommend this location. I got my dog spayed here a couple of years ago. At the time they gave her horrible razor burn and told me to just buy ointment to put on it. A year later she experienced what they told me was a "false heat" and that it was unlikely to happen again. Now another year later she is experiencing this "false" heat again, only this time she's actually bleeding. A spayed dog should not be experiencing these things! That was the whole point of the operation!
Great staff and always great service. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care for both of my dogs.
