My dog that went to Banfield for full diagnostic exams every 6 months her entire life but died less than a month after they told us she had Chronic Kidney Disease. This negligence is disgusting and what keeps me up at 3 in the morning writing these reviews. I will never understand or forgive them for taking my best friend from me but all I can do is hope that someone reads all these reviews people have posted before they buy into Banfields convenience.
