I'm getting my own insurance for my pet today. Last visit ever. They are so rude. They don't treat you right. I've been coming here for 2 years. The last 2 years have been an utter nightmare. All they care about is making money off you. The only person that has ever treated me nice or my dog is Heather from the front desk. I have really appreciated her. Everyone else including the vets have been rude and unhelpful. I will be canceling my pet plan today.

Called and told them my 3 month old teacup yorkie got bit by a bee, asked if I needed to bring him in or what could I do to make him feel better. They receptionist said "oh we are completely booked today" and hung up.
Great staff...love the vets in here.
