Banfield pet hospitals policies for COVID are absurd... its been plenty of time to adjust their practice to allow pet owners in with their pet (especially if they are vaccinated) there is no excuse anymore. I've been a longtime customer with my pets and I've recently had enough and finally canceled my pets plan with them and went to a vet that allows you in the room with your pet. I recommend you AVOID them and go somewhere where they care about your concerns and work with you.
