I have tried… In numerous occasions to give this place a chance to get it together. The office systems are either broken or whoever took over is changing everything. There are constant issues with scheduling, not communicating fully with the dogs owner about expectations, and the joke of customer service who feels so bad for you but can’t ever do anything. Great staff the ladies there explained everything. Made sure that we understood all instructions perfectly. Never rushed the appointment. Made sure we all knew what was wrong with my cat . Then came up with a plan . I am so greatful for their kindness . This was a great experience. And I will go back because of how great the staff was. .
