RecommendedI had to take my furbaby in Monday just for a routine exam. She has horrible allergies apparently. the nurse and vet explained everything and were so sweet to her. thank you. I did go ahead and get the wellness plan to offset her allergy shot and nausea shot. it does save you money.
My dog needed shots. Made the appointment for today. I get there and there is one person in front of us. After about 15 minutes then we are next. Soon as we get up to the counter we stand there while she’s on the phone for nearly 40 minutes. I’m standing there waiting and waiting. I call another vet to make an appointment at this point she decides to get off the phone and check us in. Her excuse is she has a difficult customer on the phone. I was a vet technician for many years and this hospital is so run by corporate that they REQUIRE an exam twice a year if you plan on keeping your pet on heartworm preventative. (which is crucial here in Texas). I was shocked that they wanted to make me pay for another exam when legally it's not required. Go somewhere else, unless you want to be charged excessively for no reason!
Thank you all that took care of our Lab mix, Oreo, who was having an allergic reaction, Saturday. Dr. Kelly.....You ROCK!! Oreo is doing better....less swelling and his eyes are starting to clear up. Ya'll are kind and compassionate folks both to our pets and us human pet parents!!
I just took my dog in there today and found out my dog has parvo they have excellent service they were very kind and explained everything to me Petsmart was not helpful they were actually quite rude due to the fact that my dog had parvo they blocked off all the the the isles and was freaking out but I appreciate Banfield in the employees absolutely amazing amazing care help me understand what to do for my dog so five stars for them I don't care about Petsmart though but loved yall thanks.

Dr. Harvey & her Vet Tech treated our cat & us with the utmost respect & showed so much love to our almost 14 year old cat who is obviously an enormous part of our family. I am already recommending everyone I know with pets to them & will NEVER take our Skit anywhere else! They took all the time we needed, answered all of our questions (sometimes over & over) & definitely loves what they do because Skit loved them...& he only likes his 2 humans at home! Thanks so much to them all!
