I took my cat to this office without an appointment and they looked at her in 15 minutes. Very careful not to upset her but was able to clean her but gland! Very happy cat now!
Aweful. Horrible. Loss for words. I went in for an emergency visit ( this has been my vet for years). Left spending $125 and zero info more than I came in with. I am headed to another vet now to spend more money & get an answer. Banfield is like the McDonalds of vets. No one care, its just a job. Not the way I want my pups cared for. I will NEVER go back to another Banfield. So sad that this is called pet care.

I have my 2 dogs enrolled in their wellness plans and it save me money and the staff are all nice. When I had to put one of my dogs down, they all were compassionate and the vet even cried. They are all pet lovers and it shows.
I transferred my dog to Banfield from Cascade Vet in Sedro. After being at Cascade several times for the same symptoms, they still could not find out what was wrong with him. Not only are they better priced, but they found out what was wrong with my dog in one visit. They even gave me a coupon for a free office visit.
They were very friendly and managed to fit us in even though we were a walk-in guest on a Saturday. The staff answered all the questions promptly and were knowledgeable.
"I have had an unpleasant experience at a previous vet office which caused some anxiety and I had not taken my dog to a vet for some time. "Personable, ACTUALLY caring about our pet. Love this Banfield and have already recommended it to our friends! Very thorough in explanations, easily reachable when needed, especially when we were on edge about surgery. But they did a wonderful job!"
The staff knew why I was there and was able to talk to me about my pets issues. Told me to call if I had any further questions.
