So far so good. I rate it on how my animal is treated. And so far he has been treated well. I don't feel the docs try to "push" extra needless services, as they do at Pets Unlimited.

The Doctors are great! I've been lucky to have seen five of them, and they've all been GREAT. Dr. Kim was my first and I kept thinking, man, she is so nice, patient, and really takes the time to explain, answer questions and genuinely cares about my dog. My little 2-3 pound dog needed to get her teeth cleaned... big job! We were afraid she may not make it, but Dr. Kim said she'd do her best and the dog should make it. Her confidence and reassurance was comforting and I trusted her. Then another time, I had Dr. Petrucci for a... read more

15 minutes later..I walked out with a brand new diet regimen, some antibiotics, tooth paste, dental chew, one year health insurance...and a $400 dent in my Visa. Guess I won't be getting a new dress this week...but then again..Nacho's well being?? Priceless.

DO NOT GO TO BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL. Without being given advance notice, I was just told that they have a new policy to cancel appointments if you are 5 minutes late. Dang, I sat that long on Two Notch trying to turn left to get there. I've been a client there for 10 years. I asked to speak to the manager and there's not even one there today. No, I'm not rescheduling. I'm finding another vet. I spent 30 minutes on the phone in their parking lot trying to reach someone with corporate to see if I could get it resolved and get J... read more

The doctors at Marina Pet are fantastic, particularly because they're very good at what they do and very kind. They ALWAYS let me go in back and hold my dogs when tests are being performed. I don't want to leave my dogs any more than I'd want to leave my child, and they realize and accommodate that. They take care of problems as soon as they can. They don't tell anyone "We're booked, you can't come in until tomorrow." They appreciate an emergency. The technical staff is WONDERFUL, compassionate and caring, and more than will... read more

I've had excellent experiences at the Marina Pet Hospital, and am a huge fan of Dr. Wolf. She correctly diagnosed an eye problem my cat had, which 2 other pet hospitals in San Francisco did not manage to do... but in addition to that, I am always impressed with her caring and follow-up. I literally wish I got the same sort of follow-up from MY doctors, as I get from Dr. Wolf for my cats.

I really like the vet my puppy sees here and she super nice too. She explains everything and has never steered us wrong. I got the insurance too and it did end up saving up money in the long run.

Sandy, UT location I took my 12yr old Havanese in because she has at least 2 teeth that need to be pulled and she is having problems eating. I was told she wasn't running a fever (which I had checked at home before) and I told them that I just needed to set up a dental and blood work would have to be done due to her age. They told me that the best thing would be a $395 plan (plus the $34.95 one time fee). I have a plan for one of my dogs already and don't want another $35 charge every month for something I won't use. They sa... read more

Doctor Kim is the best! Everyone rocks! I think the people that had a bad visit are the ones that need to go to the doctor. If you can't afford to pay for your pet's bills, don't get pets!
