Awful experience. I had an appointment at 2:30 pm on Friday, and I had to wait an entire hour until I was able to be seen because lack of communication I guess? I brought my dog in for urinating blood, he got X-rays done and I was told I should have an answer by Monday. Come Monday there's no answer, I call to make sure the radiographs were even sent it in and I was told they were.
