My dog got bit by another dog today. We have the wellness plan. We were told to go somewhere else and they wouldn’t see him until Friday any way. What good is your vet hospital if you won’t even help us with our pet?! Also, the person who answered the phone was rude and uncaring and stated none of it would be covered anyway. So what - that’s our choice - we called you for help - don’t comment on financial responsibility. We will be canceling all 3 of our wellness plans immediately.
Love them at Banfield Per Hospital. Have been coming here for a few years now. They take such good care of my Oliver and Prada. Enjoy a health plan for my pets which makes every visit so easy. And they are always available to us.
I have been taking my 2 dogs to Banfield for over 5 years. The service that we receive is always WONDERFUL. We are able to get appointments when I call in emergency situations and it's always easy to schedule their wellness exams. The staff is great with calling before and after visits to check on them.
i went in there for routine blood work for my cat. i waited over an hour just for someone to come in, and by then my poor cat was very anxious because of all the dogs barking. when they came in they immediately took her to the back for blood. when she came back her entire head was drenched in rubbing alcohol. the vet also told me that they found a bunch of problems with her like cancer in her throat and possible nurological issues. my cat may be 16 years old but shes healthy otherwise! they wanted to take xrays. my normally ... read more
