Good place, horrilble company I once worked at a Banfied. They do amazing care for pets, but the company does not care about its employees. If employees are not treated well, how can you as a client expect to be treated well. I do believe they are over priced and wouldn't recomend them to anyone, unless you think you can afford them. As far as care for the pet is great, but the company does not have a way to communicate well with each other, which was very frustarating for the client as well as the team. expensive I went with a freind while I was on a vist fleeing from hurricane Rita.. Our cat had a hard time with the four hour trip.. When we went in they wanted a alot of money. Just for a vist. I know that the rates vary but they were outragious. My cat had heat problems and all he needed was water. and they wanted to IV him. And after we left we took the cat home and gave him some water and he was fine with no IV.
Very friendly staff and doctor was very compassionate. I really liked Banfield. They have a wellness program for puppies that saves a LOT of money, even on prescriptions. The doctor was very nice, gentle, and seemed genuinely concerned for my puppies speedy recovery. After my first visit I decided that this is where I would always take my dog.
Good doctor, overpriced I had brought one of my dogs in to get medicine for an ear infection. The Doctor was wonderful... Had great bedside manners and everything. The medicine I got, I had later also gotten the same medicine at another vet that we are sticking with- Banfield charged $30 where our current vet charged us $15! Big Difference. Plus Banfield automatically charges you $30 for an office visit. Aside from the price, it's a friendly vet.
