Very Happy Clients I am so pleased with Dr. T and Banfield. Our dog became very ill with a neurological disease as a puppy and her treatment has been world class. She requires close monitoring and Dr. T and staff have been wonderful. This diagnosis usually has a poor prognosis and our little girl has beat the odds. They are caring and kind with all 3 of our dogs, and the pet insurance has certainly been worth it when you go as much as we do. Thanks so much!

We feel very strongly about giving you as much information as possible, and providing the highest level of care for your pet. Very often, when clients come in, the items offered differ than what the client comes in wanting. Took Advantage! I took my puppy here to get his first set of shots. I only wanted the basics. I told them exactly what I wanted. It was very high pressure-- they kept trying to sell me some kind of pet insurance that I definitely was not interested in. My total ended up being twice as much as I normally pay for my other dog to get his shots, because they charge a FIRST VISIT FEE. That is such a rip off. I will never take my pets to Banfield again, because they did not even bother to tell me about the charge until it was too ... read more
