I had my dog on their wellness program. During Covid they stopped taking appointments for several months, so I stopped the auto payment on my credit card since they stopped attending to my dog. I attempted to speak with Banfield's customer service department, but they were impossible to speak with a live person. They turned me in to a credit collections company. Save your money.
