Beware! Very unprofessional Beware!!! Very unprofessional, they don't want repeat customers. I called for a prescription refill the girl who took the message never gave it to anyone to follow up. Thank god it wasn't seizure medicine or something life threatening. I called back and was told someone would call back in 24-48 hours! Come on it's a refill for God's sake. I finally gave up after 72 hours, going to find a responsible vet hospital.

They try to force you to buy their overpriced meds Banfield refused to work with 1800 PetMeds to fill my dog's prescription. Initially they wanted the opportunity to price match, and when they couldn't, they refused to send the prescription to 1800 PetMeds. They were required to provide the paper copy to me, which they did. I faxed that to 1800 PetMeds and when they called Banfield to verify it, Banfield refused to do so. Banfield Vet Hospital on Sycamore in Vista was HEARTLESS! Went there 2 buy the special food our vet told us to feed our very sick cat. He can have nothing else but this food because it won't pass through his digestive tract and the blockage has almost killed him. This is our last attempt to save this little guys life. We have new food and new meds. I had no idea it was prescription food. And unfortunately my vet is closed for the weekend. I have enough for tonight. Too many bad reports I had bad experiences at Banfield. Then checked the internet and saw how many complaints they've had. The Better Business Bureau give them an "F".

worst vet ever What ever you do, do not take your pet here. The folks at this veterinary hospital using their words "are a business to make money not worry about how an animal feels" and that is a quote from one of their employees. They saved my dogs life and went above and beyond my expectations! On Friday (September 24, 2010), my 2 year old chihuahua was attacked by a large dog and was in critical condition. He had a large mass on the right side of his ribcage, puncture wounds, and was shaking from the intensity of the pain. Awful We have a dog with allergies, so we were told to buy a $50 15lb bag of dog food from Banfield. We bought the bag on August 6th. Later we found out from our Dog's Day Care that that bag of dog food went on recall JULY 30th. Banfield sold us dog food that they should have known was recalled. If you care about the well being of your pet DO NOT GO TO BANFIELD! If I could give them negative stars I would The wellness plans seem like they are a good deal, but don't be fooled, Banfield does not care for your pet

Veterinarian" deborah mosley does not care about your pet **"VETERINARIAN" DEBORAH MOSLEY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. ** I had a 530pm scheduled "Comprehensive Exam" with Banfield and I received a phonecall asking to be moved back to 5pm. Is she really a vet? Stopped in here with a friend for a rabies shot and this little chubby vet came in acting like she was afraid of the dog. It was like talking to a kid. You could tell the nurse was not comfortable either. Definitely did not make me want to bring in my own cat.
