---today i received a sympathy card from the Banfield Pet Hospital in new hyde park signed by 7 people each one had composed a beautiful message---i had brought a very young kitten that was found abandoned in my backyard---this tiny baby needed medical attention and this facility, the doctor and all employed were so empathetic to this little animal which had no chance to live---thank you for your kindness--
The best place to take your pets. The staff is always helpful and Dr. Lotus and Dominic are the absolute best!!!! My dog is a little aggressive when it comes to being poked at when he's there for wellness visits or any shots. When he is with Dr. lotus or Dominic he's calm and relaxed. Thank you Thank you Thank you. You guys are the best!!!

Almost all the people that work at this location are wonderful. I have never had an issue here and if you do the manager Tara will fix it right away she is amazing. There tech assistants Bridget and Rebecca are my favorites i know my girl Brownie are in wonderful hand with them around. Also Chris is amazing in always getting me in the schedule. And dr Lonardo is the best. I love them all there. I recommend this fecility to anyone just tell them i sent ya you will for sure get the best service for your pet around.
