My dog was spayed on May 26 2021 by doctor Frailey in Crystal Lake location. The wound has not healed well so she was prescribed Simplicef 100 mg on June 25. On July 3 we noticed a lump where incision was made. We came back and asked to see a vet. The manager told us that vet won’t see us / there is no vet on staff/ vet got bitten by a dog and is going to ER. We refused to leave the dog and asked for her records.
