RecommendedI am so grateful that Dr. Cavanaugh and her staff was able to help my cat yesterday evening. The Geneva hospital is not my home location but that didnt stop them from saying yes to seeing my cat. They spent several hours helping my cat Greddy and stayed late. They truly made me feel like they cared, I am so thankful they helped.

Have been on their wellness plan for almost 4 years. Lately when I call to schedule an appointment, they want me to drop off instead of staying with my pet. Today, I called for a sick pet and they can't get me in until Friday (it's Monday). However I can make a drop off for tomorrow. NO WAY! My baby needs to be seen today and I need to be with her! Cancelling my plan and they didn't seem to care when I told them. Got an appointment at a local vet for this morning!
